Companies

The companies module of Winkel Factuur is designed for organizations that manage multiple entities or labels. Think of retail groups with separate companies, agencies that invoice for clients, or international scale-ups with local OSS registrations. Each company gets its own settings, templates, permissions and audit logs.

Frictionless structure

Each entity gets its own namespace with UUIDs, so data never gets mixed up. You can give the same user access to multiple companies, but with specific roles. This allows finance teams to follow their own workflows per brand while headquarters maintains overview.
Winkel Factuur stores unique templates, email senders and VAT profiles for each company. You configure the parameters once and the module automatically applies them to every order coming from bol.com, Amazon, Shopify or WooCommerce.

Multi-marketplace management

Bol.com shops often get their own branding and language. Within the companies module, you easily indicate which templates and languages belong to a specific label. Amazon Seller Central can run in parallel with custom settlement rules, while Shopify and WooCommerce stores maintain their own payment and shipping settings without affecting invoicing.
The module supports cross-border scenarios. When you add a French or German company, you automatically configure OSS registrations and location-dependent VAT codes. This ensures the legal structure aligns with what tax authorities and European authorities expect.

Compliance and governance

For each entity there is a separate audit log that tracks who created, modified or deleted which documents. This log seamlessly aligns with our security guidelines and makes it easy to show accountants or partners that your governance is in order.
Exports (UBL, CSV or journal entries) are generated separately per company. This keeps general ledger accounts, VAT codes and currency conversions consistent and ensures your administration complies with ISO and GDPR standards.
