All payments for Winkel Factuur services are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means that Paddle is the entity responsible for processing your payment, handling sales tax/VAT, and managing refund requests.
When you make a purchase, your transaction is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and their refund policy.

2. Refund Policy

14-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. During this 14-day period, you may request a refund for any reason.
After the 14-day refund window has passed, all transactions are final and non-refundable.
Refund requests are evaluated and processed exclusively by Paddle.com in accordance with their standard refund policy.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days and returned to your original payment method.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via:
• Your account settings in the dashboard
• Email to support@winkelfactuur.nl
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the service until the end of the period you have already paid for.
No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
