Winkel Factuur enriches every order with customer data such as language preferences, invoice history, and external references. This allows a support agent to see within seconds which invoices a customer has received, which credit notes have been created, and which alerts have been sent.
The customer portal is aligned with our strict guidelines: documents are available for seven years, secured with tokenized links, and linked to audit logs. Your customer can download invoices themselves, drastically reducing the number of support tickets.
