PDF Templates for Invoices
With the PDF templates module of Winkel Factuur, you design one source from which all invoices, credit notes, and reminders are built. You combine visual branding with legal and fiscal precision for bol.com, Amazon, Shopify, and WooCommerce.
Full control over corporate identity
You define your own colors, fonts, and layouts per company or store. Winkel Factuur renders the templates via a secure render engine so that every PDF is identical to the design. For multi-brand organizations, you simply link multiple templates to the same module.
The templates support conditional content: think of specific text for Amazon FBA versus bol.com FBR, or extra clauses for certain countries.
Integration with multilingualism and UBL
The templates module works closely with the languages module. Labels, warnings, and footers are automatically translated. In addition, Winkel Factuur always generates a UBL 2.1 file alongside the PDF that meets accounting requirements in the EU.
By combining variables (such as {{ customer.language }} or {{ vat.summary }} ) you keep templates maintainable and consistent.
