Platforms

Winkel Factuur acts as a central hub for bol.com, Amazon, Shopify, and WooCommerce. You connect all channels, but retain platform-specific rules, templates, and compliance.

Bol.com

Winkel Factuur automatically uploads invoices to the bol.com customer portal. Webhooks pass on status changes, such as shipment or return, so that the invoice and credit note modules respond immediately. Buy block alerts and review notifications also become visible in the dashboard.
You can link multiple bol stores, each with its own templates and languages.

Amazon Seller Central

Winkel Factuur supports both FBM and FBA. Settlement reports are processed so that VAT, commissions, and fulfillment costs appear correctly on the invoice. Moreover, you can automate Request a Review flows while remaining compliant with the Amazon TOS.
For pan-European sales, OSS rules are automatically applied per marketplace (DE, FR, ES, IT, UK).

Shopify

Shopify stores benefit from omnichannel workflows. Online orders, POS transactions, and subscriptions come together in Winkel Factuur. You can set separate templates and emails per sales channel, while the analytics dashboard provides insight into cross-channel performance.
Local currency and language settings are automatically picked up so that invoices match the storefront.

WooCommerce

WooCommerce is flexible but can become fragmented by plugins. Winkel Factuur centralizes this: orders are retrieved, documents generated, and exports to accounting organized. You retain open-source freedom while compliance and audit trail are centrally arranged.
The module detects adjustments made manually in WordPress and synchronizes them back to Winkel Factuur.
